Ready transactions were also apartment-led, but villas played a stronger role compared with the off-plan segment, contributing 14.4% of ready market value.

Off-plan retained a slight lead, supported by strong flat sales and meaningful commercial activity, while the ready market continued to show depth through both apartments and villas. The balanced performance suggests demand remains spread across both new launches and completed stock.
