Ras Al Khaimah’s $5.1 billion Wynn Resort unveils first restaurants: Ducasse and Delilah
Ras Al Khaimah, UAE — As the $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan integrated resort takes shape, its culinary vision is becoming clearer — the resort has announced the first two restaurants that will open alongside its doors in Spring 2027.
Ducasse Reinvents the Steakhouse
The first restaurant is a two-floor French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse. It will blend classic American steakhouse fare with inventive French cuisine. Among the offerings will be indulgent starters like duck foie gras brioche and cheese soufflé. The “Beef Club” section will feature premium cuts paired with sauces and sides. True to Wynn’s luxury style, diners can expect theatrical touches: chef tableside carving, flambéed desserts like Baked Alaska, and immersive presentation.
Alain Ducasse says he is honored to bring this concept to one of the region’s most ambitious projects, vowing a radical reinvention of the steakhouse format.
Delilah Brings Supper Club Glamour
The second concept is Delilah, the celebrated supper club brand from Las Vegas, known for its blend of dining, nightlife, and performance. Covering around 2,060 m², the venue’s design draws from the golden age of supper clubs — think sophisticated, glamorous, theatrical settings.
Delilah will combine fine dining, cocktails, and nightly live entertainment. Its menu will include signature items like Beef Wellington and Chicken Tenders, alongside new dishes showcasing local and regional flavors. The cocktail program is being designed to evoke star-quality flair and indulgence.
Establishing a Culinary Anchor
These two venues are among 22 restaurants planned for the resort and are intended to emphasize Wynn Al Marjan’s ambition to be a world-class culinary destination. The resort’s design leadership describes every space — including dining — as being meticulously crafted “to surprise guests and surpass expectations,” balancing opulence, elegance, and a touch of whimsy.
With these early restaurant announcements, the resort not only gives a glimpse into its gastronomic direction but also raises expectations for visitors, food lovers, and investors alike as the 2027 opening draws closer.
