Dubai-based developer DAMAC Properties has reached a major construction milestone at its Cavalli Tower project, announced during the topping-out ceremony held at the 71st-floor slab. The US$272 million ultra-luxury development is set to become the world’s first residential tower branded by iconic fashion house Roberto Cavalli.

Tower Highlights

• Developed in partnership with ­China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME), the project is located in Dubai Marina and includes 436 units ranging from one- to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

• Architect Shaun Killa (of the Museum of the Future) led design, while interiors are curated by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors. Select homes feature terraces, private pools or Jacuzzis, sky gardens, hydroponic living walls and a beachfront-level luxury pool.
• With the superstructure now complete, internal finishes and external facades are advancing, with the project on track for hand-over by end of 2026.
