Sobha Realty Unveils Its Tallest Project on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road

Sobha Realty has revealed Sobha SkyParks, its most ambitious project yet, located along Dubai’s flagship thoroughfare, Sheikh Zayed Road. Soaring approximately 450 metres in height and spanning 109 floors, the development secures its place among the UAE’s top five tallest buildings. It will house 684 residences.

Adhering to its design philosophy, “The Art of Detail,” Sobha has structured the tower as a sleek vertical monolith divided into five slender sub-towers. The building will feature minimalist glass facades and inset balconies, maximizing panoramic views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.

Sobha’s intention is to promote vertical urban living, combining residential, leisure, and community spaces in a single development. In announcing the project, Sobha Group Chairman Ravi Menon described SkyParks as a reflection of the company’s dedication to elevating urban luxury in Dubai through precise detailing and design.

Key Features of Sobha SkyParks

One of SkyParks’ signature attributes is its four themed “SkyPark” zones, each spanning six levels. These elevated lifestyle areas will host a variety of experiences:

• Adventure Zone SkyPark — family play areas and padel courts
• Active Life SkyPark — multi-level fitness circuits and wellness terraces
• Lush Life SkyPark — zen gardens, reflexology paths, and glass pavilions
• Luxe Life SkyPark — perched at around 350 m, this zone features a resort-style infinity pool deck with floating beds

Beyond the building itself, the project promises strong connectivity to Dubai’s major districts: DIFC, Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Design District, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah.
