Ghaf Woods Mall is envisioned as a “mall in the forest,” combining shopping, dining, and entertainment with immersive biophilic design. The development will complement the adjacent Ghaf Woods residential community, which features green corridors and natural landscaping. The mall is being framed as the group’s new flagship destination in Dubai, and it will be the first of its kind in the region to embody this nature-integrated concept.

Size, Location & Positioning

• The mall is planned to span 738,000 square metres, making it one of the larger mixed-use retail projects in Dubai.
• It will be located along E311 (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road), offering excellent connectivity and visibility.
• Ghaf Woods Mall will be the 30th mall in the Majid Al Futtaim portfolio, its 19th in the UAE.
