Dubai, UAE — The Heart of Europe has reached a major milestone with the approval of its first marina design by Dubai Municipality. The development, located on Europe Island, is the first of eight planned marinas that will transform accessibility and enhance visitor experiences across the destination.

Rigorous Approval Process

The approval follows a detailed review involving 11 layers of compliance checks, covering regulatory standards, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability measures. This ensures that the project aligns with Dubai’s long-term vision for responsible waterfront development.

Main Arrival Marina Details

The newly approved Main Arrival Marina will serve as the central gateway to The Heart of Europe. With the capacity to accommodate 1,200 guests per hour, the facility is set to streamline arrival procedures and offer a seamless transition for visitors coming to the islands.

These vessels will cater to diverse activities such as transportation, water sports, fishing, and entertainment, further strengthening the operational backbone of the destination.

Enhancing the Guest Experience

Project leaders emphasized that the new marina network will elevate the overall guest journey, offering smooth, efficient, and enjoyable access to the islands while broadening recreational and lifestyle opportunities.
